Hannah Sweetser Selected for Bethany College 2011 Homecoming Court

Bethany College has announced 10 nominees for the 2011 Homecoming Court. Bethany's Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned during halftime festivities at Saturday's football game against Westminster College. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Bison Stadium.

Hannah Sweetser, an English major, is the daughter of Annette and Wesley Sweetser of Chambersburg, Pa. Representing the Alpha Xi Delta sorority, she has been active in The Well as president, in addition to the Student Artist's Guild and Circle K..

The 10 members of the 2011 Homecoming Court were selected by a vote of Bethany College students. Balloting was conducted on campus to select the King and Queen from the nominees.

Bethany is a small college of national distinction located on a historic 1,300-acre campus in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia. Founded in 1840, it is the oldest college in the state.
